Hyatt Place Fayetteville / Springdale

We stay here regularly for business, and it’s absolutely the quietest hotel we have stayed in. Rooms are clean, well appointed, and comfortable.

We had a great stay at Hyatt Place in Springdale! The room was really clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of options. One thing we especially appreciated was the late checkout—we were able to stay until 2 PM, which made our trip so much easier. They also have a hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing. Overall, the service was friendly and everything felt easy and welcoming. Definitely a solid place to stay if you’re in the area.

One of my few go-to hotels in Fayetteville. It’s consistent, and that matters. Some hotels around town can be hit or miss, but here I always know what I’m getting. It’s not luxury, but it’s clean, comfortable, and reliable. I also really appreciate the room layouts and the options with two beds and a couch are perfect for our larger family and sometimes save us from having to book two rooms. The location is solid. About 10 mins from campus and close enough to everything, and near good food spots and Target which always comes in handy. Dependable, practical, and family-friendly. We’ll keep coming back.

I rarely write reviews, but our one-night stay last week truly deserved it. From check-in, the staff went above and beyond — giving us a spotless, quiet corner room by the exit since we had our dog. The room felt new and was very comfortable. After checkout, my husband realized he’d left his shorts behind. Within hours of contacting the hotel, the staff had already shipped them through UPS, and we received them just days later — service you’d expect from a 5-star hotel! Even for a short stay, their kindness and attention to detail made a big impression. We’ll definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was pleasant and made us feel very welcomed. Room was lovely, amenities were well kept. Gym was clean and well organized. Pool and hot tub had a strong smell of chlorine so be prepared to pack swim wear separate or you’ll get a nice chlorine smell lol. Would stay again. 5 stars.

Taking a quick getaway is a great idea. The Hyatt's website accurately represents the hotel's appearance. Everything is great, and the cleanliness is impressive. The front desk staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. We arrived late, but she remained welcoming. Our room is clean, smells wonderful, and the bed is extremely comfortable. I am a very satisfied customer.

Very nice hotel for the price. Continental breakfast wasn't the best but the room was great. Hot tub didnt have jets but the the pool was nice and warm.

Hyatt Place Fayetteville was a nice experience. It appears to be one of the older locations but overall the building is in good shape. We were greeted immediately upon entering and the atmosphere was what we would expect at a Hyatt. The one demerit was the mattress. A sleeping on it for a couple of hours I awoke in pain as if I slept on a wooden board. Thank goodness there was a sofa in there for me to finish resting on. We would definitely stay again next time we are in the area! Recommend.
